Coach ZA has been working with RPR for the past 4 years as a coach and lead speaker for workshops. His background includes wrestling in college, competing in the CrossFit Games, coaching competitive athletes, and personal training. After several injuries himself, he has spent several years as an athlete learning the RPR methodology for injury prevention, corrective exercises and accessory training for sport. He is available for online programming and in-person training at CrossFit IDentity in Atlanta.
