Consultation services which focus specifically on anti-inflammatory eating and maintaining a constant healing body through food. Supplementation services are available for augmenting athletic performance, recovery and healing without medications.

RECOVERY MOVEMENT PROGRAMMING

Functional screening and prescription based on the body's imbalances in order to augment performance, decrease pain, and increase mobility. Programs are developed specifically for the individual based on goals, skills and sport. 

RECOVERY EDUCATION

Classes and seminars available on site for fitness centers and gyms.
